Customer Service Representative

The CSR provides professional customer support directly to our customer base as well as our outside sales force. The candidate will be responsible for managing all territory projects. Duties include keeping project folders up to date and accurate, entering price quotes and sales orders, and providing product literature and assistance in obtaining project specifications.

Experience/Skill Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-year college degree or 3 years relevant office experience required
  • In-office Customer/Sales Support: 3 years (Required)
  • Communication – Excellent written and verbal skills. Ability to communicate directly with customers and key company staff
  • Analytical – Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Team player – Ability to work well with others and maintain healthy boundaries
  • Basic computer proficiency – MS Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Proven ability to multitask and keep up with a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during escalated situations
  • Experience using Epicor and SAP ERP is a plus
  • Casino industry knowledge is a plus
  • Work Location: In-Person

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Buyer I to join our dynamic procurement team. This entry-level role involves sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and products for operations while maintaining inventory control and minimizing costs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize procurement processes.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, and timelines.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with vendors.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.
  • Collaborate with logistics, planning, and merchandising teams.
  • Use MRP/ERP systems for tracking and analysis.
  • Maintain accurate purchase and supplier records.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of Purchase Orders.
  • Resolve issues and delays with suppliers; support Finance and Supply Chain teams.
  • Handle non-inventory purchasing for office and warehouse needs.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication abilities.
  • ERP or procurement system experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
