Position Title: Operations Administrative Clerk

Reports to: Supply Chain Manager

Pay Range: $+

Position Purpose: The Operations Administrative Clerk will support the clerical functions within the Supply Chain department

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Print and distribute all job packets to production
  • Issue all parts to customer and internal jobs
  • Review customer master files after shipment and prep for the Accounting department
  • Match packing lists to purchase orders
  • Manage all virtual inventory transfers
  • Input inventory adjustments
  • Cycle counting as needed
  • Quote shipping for Sales Order Quotations
  • Order office supplies
  • Manage travel arrangements for employees as needed
  • Run local errands such as Sam’s Club, Home Depot, etc.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Experience in manufacturing and ERP systems preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • High attention to detail in a high paced environment
  • Be able to work efficiently in stressful circumstances
  • Ability to develop relationships with others and confront and solve problems collaboratively
