Gary Platt Manufacturing is the leading manufacturer of casino seating produced in their Reno, Nevada headquarters and distributed worldwide. Their continued growth and success has resulted in the need to add an exciting new full-time Human Resources position. They operate in a fast-pace customer-driven environment and rely on innovation in all areas of the company to remain the industry trendsetter. They employ approximately 100 staff members.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

We are creating a Human Resource Administrator position for our growing company and have developed the following expectations for qualified candidates:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
  • Five or more years’ experience as an HR Generalist
  • Proven capabilities in recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, personnel records, legal compliance, employee appreciation and recognition, benefits administration, and HR policy
  • History of effective collaboration with department managers and supervisors
  • Strong knowledge of applicable State and Federal employment regulations
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Successful written and verbal communication

WORK SCHEDULE, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS                       

  • Work hours are typically from 7:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday
  • Salary and Bonus
  • Paid vacation, sick leave and holiday benefits
